Lauren and Steve called me and wanted to know if I can go fishing. I had a lot of things to do around the house and in town so I reluctantly declined. They took off using live shrimp and had a real successful day. I was finally able to meet up with them for the last hour and a half of their fishing trip and I was throwing white gulps under a cork. I only had 2 bites in an hour and a half. An and 18 inch trout and a 23 inch red. Steve caught a trout that was a shade under 27 which was only a 1/2" under Lauren's red. She ended up with 6 Reds among her other fish. She got two undersized two slots and two oversized fish in the backyard.
