My old house which is next door to me at 250 Lola Johnson rd will be coming up for sale around March. We are done with renting. We will be doing some upgrades before we sell it. Its a 3 bedroom and sits on a 50x 100 lot. Great neighborhood and great neighbors. Less than a block from the Laguna Madre. I'm retiring in a year so we have plenty of time to sell it. It would be a great starter home and the thing about the location ....it's next door to me. Just think about it living next door to fishing ledgen IMS. What a huge selling point and I'm not charging any extra for that either.

I would love to but I will be investing it in my retirement so that I can have somewhat of one. What's next after retirement? Looking foward to that.

As is 110,000 ...after remodel ?????

There may be some truth to that depending on the new neighbors attitude. Plus fish fry invites and just living in a great neighborhood. I think we are are going to sell as is due to the nice appraisal we got. But first a new fence and it's own driveway.

| Someone is gonna be real lucky to get in this house. It is a stones throw from the water. Plus IMS and his wife were a pleasure to talk to. Can't imagine having nice people like them as neighbors. Just not in the cards for us right now or I'd be packed up. Btw, IMS it was a nice meeting yall this last weekend. Hope to see you on the water once I get my boat running. |

It was great meeting you too. Good luck on your boat. Yes you would be a great neighbor. Gots lots of lookers. Word spreads fast. In the next month we will be putting in a privacy fence and a driveway for the house instead of sharing one. We are going to add an extra bath and upgrade the kitchen. I will never rent again and won't sell it to anyone that is planning on renting it out. Thats that....

remodel begins next week, update the kitchen add a small bathroom, add a limestone parking area/driveway. privacy fence.
