I went to the fish pass jetty this morning and wind was howling and conditions were fairly rough. Threw lures for about 20-30 minutes not a bite. Was going to fish the surf but didn't want to put up with the winds and waves. water looked a little off color.

I did a drive by at lunch today. There is still a very distinct line where the water is brown but nothing like a couple of weeks ago. It's now a light brown with a greenish hue??? It also is not out too far like it was. Maybe three quarters out at the end of the pier. I did see on Facebook where there were some reds being caught there today. Zia is correct, the wind is howling and surf is up a bit.

Water was cappachino coffee looking out to about 200 yards past end of the pier. Surf was 2-3 feet and choppy. A two foot shark was caught and released while I was out there - that was the biggest fish I saw on or around the pier. But the shrimp and onion rings were awesome up in the cafe there on the pier.

Didnt fish Bob Hall but gave Caldwell a try on Thursday and had no luck at all. Fulton Pier same story earlier in the week. Night time fishing just as bad under the green lights.
