We saw the jeep with all of his stuff in it and the dodge came by 20 min later when we were at the Nicaragua. We actually got ahold of the park ranger police and on our way out we found the jeep abandoned with nothing in it. I hope the jeep got what he deserved

I cannot comprehend why it is not legal to kill someone that is stealing your stuff - all them little tough guys would think twice before deciding to disrespect someone else's existence.

Actually it is legal. Read the Texas statutes regarding when you can shoot. Protection of property is one situations under which you can use deadly force. Take a look at Chapter 9. Link below:

You just have to wait until they cross the PINS boundry line.

Sounds like a little tiny bit of Texas may have rubbed off on you. Best be careful, they're watching and they wont hesitate to revoke your libby card. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

I guess it would depend on the circumstances, but killing someone for stealing seems a bit rich, but hey, maybe you could do it. I don't know. I'm a liberal and really don't know much about it. Heck I don't have time really to study these things too much because I work three jobs and my wife works two because we have to pay for everything seeing as how we don't ask anything of Sam and don't qualify anyway. With all the time I have to work, it sure is nice come election time to pull that one political persuasion that shall not be mentioned lever. Saves a bunch of time. Now please excuse me; I have to go box up me and my dad's reloading supplies for the trip home. Conservatives... Rolling Eyes

To me it doesn't seem a bit rich unless the one saying it is a thief (not accusing you of being a thief). I would have no problem with it. I will try to look up my post on this subject a few years ago when someone else got all high and mighty "morally" about this subject and post it for you. Theft is a crime of "moral turpitude" (look it up) and I have no sympathy whatsoever for thieves.

I really don't see what your whining about you and your wife having to work a lot has to do with the subject. I did 2 tours in Vietnam, went back to school on the GI bill and have worked my a$$ off for everything I have. I don't feel a dayum bit guilty and your not going to get any sympathy from me. Keep pulling that one lever and just maybe, some day, you'll get yourself a whole bunch of free schit and wont have to work any more. That's the real reason you pull it isn't it!! Problem is those of us left that are paying are one day just going to quit working and paying and then you'll be left with no choice other than having to go back to work - but, I guess it will be fun while it lasts wont it.

By the way if you work so much and so many hours how are you able to be on this board and post at 1PM in the afternoon. Something don't smell right.

Just think about how much more warm and fuzzy you would be if you could keep that 1/3 you worked for and had to give to the govt. Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green
