The never ending up-welling is looking better at Bob Hall. This morning I did a drive by and it looked about the same as it has for the past few days. I went by this afternoon and the green water is definitely getting closer to the beach. |

I was north of Packery around sundown yesterday, and I concur about the water looking better. I played it off as the light (or lack of) playing tricks with me, but wanted to get a better look today.
Fingers crossed this curse is finally beginning to lift. |

It even looks better on the cam, which is my only resource right now! At least I know I haven't missed a lot lately. |

| I went kayaking out of the Bob Hall area yesterday, when I came back in I could tell it was closer to the end of the pier then when I launched. |

Ziacatcher captured most of what I saw at lunch in his report. The water is 'better', but still not great. Kinda like being the slimmest kid at Fat Camp.
Although I wasn't fishing - N. Packery area - but rather beachcombing. Which was as poor as the hardhead fest. No poles out, so no report there. County is grooming the stretch between Zahn Rd. and Newport Pass Rd., as it has gotten quite soft. Saw two different vehicles stuck, but both were pulled out. All I left with was a large, oblong piece of pumice. |
