Yeah I know all about that. It's Negra Modelo, not modelo negro. No such thing as modelo negro. Try looking it up online. Modelo negro doesn't exist. Read my prior posts and you will see my reference's to Negra Modelo. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!

Do stand corrected is Negra Modelo is correct. As per my original question you can tell my knowledge of the subject is limited. Thus gaining knowledge from others.
BEER MIZES: Beer & Tomato juice. Don't know the name of it but it is very good. How many of you have had Beer & Grapefruit juice? A very refreshing drink. I even will put ice with it. If you haven't tried it yet I would say it's about time you do.
Sure there are other beer mixes. Orange juice DOES NOT WORK. |

pert good, too.
many decades ago, Mexico encouraged German brewmeisters to immigrate..
that's the reason most Mx beers taste like Old World beers and not our lighter Am stuff.

What about Asian beers? Tried a few at BJ's, love the bottles, but never found one I liked.
2nd. Central & South American beers. Had some very good, and cheep, beer in Panama. Wish I could remember the brand. |

San Miguel in the Phillipines. Greenest beer you"ll ever drink, but it was all we had and we couldn't drink enough of it. _________________ Now that food has replaced my sex life I can't even get into my own pants!!!!!!!!

I can relate on the San Miguel. I spent a month in the PI on TDY to Clark AB. The beer I drank over there I will never forget is Red Horse. Worst hangover I have ever had, and I have had plenty to measure by. |

I agree. Victoria is my favorite Mexican beer, although I like Bohemia too.
I tried New Belgium's Shift. It's a Pale Lager and it's really good. _________________ "Ya'll must eat a lot of fish" |

my favorite beer that I can get in Texas and don't have to go to New Mexico for is Nebraska IPA. High hops and 6.9 percent alcohol.
you send IP a great name, especially if you're up on your Mexican profanity. It is El Chingon. |
