| I've never had any problem with the "crap"(what crap?), but the heat should make using waders prohibitive. Getting dehydrated during our summers is enough of a problem without putting yourself in a hotbox! Wading "wet" actually keeps you cool during the summer. I always wear Columbia's long zip-offs, and they dry very fast, and provide a cooling effect while drying. More important than waders any time you wade is a stingray guard. You can always shuffle your feet, but there is no guarantee against the stingray, even the guards. The guards just enhance your chances of no sticks if you get hit! |

SOme of the guides who wade tellme that during summer that there is more bacteria - including the flesh eating one - Vibro I think,,, just a thought _________________ Happy Hook'n

I will wear them for a long while. Hydroids if you kayak.
I have breathables so very comfortable for me and just a preference. _________________ Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. |
