Some flatties nailed by bamared the other night. Makes the old cleaning table look good. He is good at stabbing them and I don't mind cleaning them at all. It all works out at fry time.

I'm the LAST one to complain about a mess of flatties, but I understood that the limit is 5 fish right now? what's the story? might want to clear that up before junior game wardens start coming out of the woodwork....LOL!

That's right . Plus theres the rule about before and after midnight and storing your fish in seperate coolers. Junior Gamewardens ain't got nothing on me. I can tell stories that will make junior know it alls go hide in a closet and smear lipstick all over their faces.

He was probably with the resident "commerical" fishermen. And your "theory" of before and after midnight does not apply to southern flounder. Possesion limit is equal to 1 daily bag limit. You cant put your 23:59 flounder in cooler A, and your 00:00 flounder in cooler B on the same boat or vehicle. If that was a truthfull fact Stan, then the REAL flounder guides like Nightstalker Guide Service, Capt. Dan, and others would be doubling their clients limits because many of them stay out past midnight. They obviously dont. The flounder must be taken to their final destination before you can go back out for more after midnight. If your at a cabin or fish camp, then take them to the cabin, wait to midnight and go back. These are words right out of the GWs mouth and verified by Austin office.
