If so, I would really love to meet up with someone who would be so kind to go over some leader rigs for the big PINS camping trip I have planned in 2 weeks. I'd be happy to take you out to a steak dinner, buy extra leader gear for you to keep or compensate in any other fair manner! I've got all kinds of guides online for rig setups but nothing is better than seeing it firsthand. I'm a lifelong fisherman that is just getting started in the surf. Would love to talk shop with someone experienced in the surf and/or PINS. Thanks in advance.

Darn! Wish you had asked earlier. But, depending on when you leave, we may be able to get together.

I am heading to South Padre Island tomorrow morning, so today and all next week is out.

I will be back in town on the 28th, so if you are going after that, we can give it a go.

I live in Arlington, but work in Southlake, so an after work meeting could work.

If you swing through San Antonio at the right time I can give you some leaders to start you off and you can use them to make copies if you have materials. Another option is to buy a couple from Roy's and copy that design.

You mention 2 weeks, not sure if that includes Sharkathon weekend but if so be prepared for a crowd.

We are going Oct. 1-5th so thats the week after Sharkathon, right?
