Whatever works!  Live bait if you have novices, or elderly folks fishing would be my advice. Then again popping corks and gulps work well too. For redfish cut menhaden and mullet in the potholes is killer. Good luck!

Cut menhaden or skipjack is always a good choice.
x2 on Gulp if you want to throw plastic, or topwaters early, or a good old weedless gold spoon 3/4 oz.
