sometime try the left-overs at the cattle pens when steers are made... 
a few too many yrs ago we worked a big bunch of bull calves at the local auction barn... had a big fry....
red horseradish sauce....

We ate the last trout in the freezer yesterday... grilled on the half shell w/ bacon wrapped jalapenos.
Not that exciting but motivating to go fishing SOOOOON!!!
Got me thinking about a Port Mansfield trip back in Feb with some buddies....and food porn
