Help!! I had this part break on my old boat motor today. The plastic looks to have gotten brittle and cracked. I'm not even sure what it is called, it's the plastic cover that slides the motor from neutral to forward and reverse.

A closer look. I think I can rig it up with zip ties but don't want too.

I really need to have it going by Thursday night, I'm fishing my only tournament down in Port Mansfield Friday and Saturday. I hope I can find this here in Corpus locally. All help is appreciated.

Thanks Big Long and Ceejkay. I went by Top Gun today and was able to pick up a replacement part. They were a huge help and I'll be back on the water Friday. Corpusfishing came through. Very Happy

I almost called you up but thought I remembered that you worked nights. I'll defiantly have to swing by sometime this summer and check her out. She looks pretty damn good from the pictures. Maybe you can show me how to make my old clunker look a little better too?!

yeah i do work night, but normally up around 8. im sure i can figure something out for the old girl.
