| We are headed down to stay for a long weekend at Baffin. Saturday we will fish with a guide, but Sunday I am prob going to launch "El Vagabundo" my 14' jon boat at Williamson's launch and use it like I would a kayak. I am hoping the wind is going to lay a bit. I am thinking about putting over and drifting the Kennedy shoreline a bit. I really do not want to get too far out into Baffin unless there is real light wind. Anyone else going to be around? I have never fished that area, but always wanted to. Since we have no water in Medina lake, I figure I may leave my boat in Kingsville at dad's and try to come fish Baffin more this summer if all goes well this weekend. Hopefully this weekend will be nothing but tight lines for all! It looks to be beautiful. |

I'll be fishing Baffin on Saturday. You should launch the Jon boat at Williamson's, its way more protected from the SE wind than the county ramp. _________________ But you ain't got no legs Lt. Dan, I know that |

| I'll be on the lookout for y'all! Yes, I will be launching at williamsons just because of the protection. My wife and I will be together for sure, possibly my bro as well. We will be in the blue and white smoker craft "El Vagabundo" |

| Caught some very fine fish in the area around Williamsons. If the water is nice, and the bait is around, you should not have to travel far. Caught some nice trout just off the end of the barges. Explore the area well, you will find structure, grass lines, and fish, all very close to the launch. Good luck. |
