Hmmmmmm...... I have tons of them hitting the feeders! I never trapped but I may have to look into this!

I would LOVE to make some of the money back off those little critters!!! They have cost me a ton in corn, protein, and feeder motors thru the years! I am not a fan of them!!!

I just bought a half dozen Dukes Dog Proof traps from Iowa River Trapping Supply.

Set them out Saturday. Went back on Sunday and had 3 coons. Dispatched them and took them to a friend who cleaned them to eat. I could not see killing them and letting them lay....

The traps are pretty easy to set, bait and they held the coons pretty well. The other 3 traps were not touched. Maybe that is all the coons that were eating my corn. I wish! Will try again this weekend.
