Mahi Mahi is on for 4.97 per pound this week at the HEB at least on Saratoga. That is as cheap as it gets. be sure to ask the counter person to get you the frozen vacuum sealed fillets from the back. That is as cheap as they get.

Saw the same thing at the Bluff HEB and got a beautiful side at a little over 2 lbs.
Did a quick sear on the flesh side, then turned it over onto cedar planks and topped it with some fresh dill. The only seasoning was a dash of salt. Here is it right I flipped them over.
Served it with home fires and grilled asparagus ($1.68 / lb at Sun Harvest!!  )
