Fixed dinner for me and the wife last night. Took the left overs to a friends after that.
Fresh trout fillets....
Nicely butterflied HEB shrimp...
Good fresh Aransas bay oysters being prepared for frying..
The end results, seafood platter extreme. CHEERS AND HAPPY NEW YEARS.

We took the rest over to the Giant oyster shuckers house as he had some company from Memphis Tenn. It was quickly devoured by smiling faces.
