Bum had some stuff stolen at Christiwood years ago, a woman was murdered there so. I don't know anything about the other complex just make sure you have renters insurance. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

Perfect excuse to NOT go to work or school!

But someone did try to steal the wheels from their Camaro. Removed 4 lugnuts then got to the keyed lugnut and gave up. Mom somehow made it over the bridge with the one lug nut barely holding the wheel on.
I've been down for the weekend 4 or 5 times and havent had a problem. But I always keep everything locked up or chained down.
The complex itself it wonderful. View of the canal is nice. Neighbors are all friendly and quiet. Parking is kind of an issue as the unreserved spots go fast. I usually end up parking on the street.
Hope that helps. |

AT we would be neighbors. Cheap place, good management. I had some issues with my apartment when I first moved in but they took care of things quick and have been great ever since. Plus, if you ever want to fish you could just knock on my door. _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |

some more info for you.
It isn't in a bad part of town, safer than some places I've lived, gated entrance, but the traffic can get bad sometimes near SPID.
I recommend them.
BUT - if you want to live on the island and will be here for a little while (a year or more), and you want to try and get roommates and rent out a house, get in touch with me. I miss island living. _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |

Bc
Someone stealing wheels in a parking lot isn't the apartments fault. I'm sure its safe to say the people that tried didn't live there. |

| FNG: AT said "safety is a big thing." Of course crime isnt the apartment complex's fault, but I believe that was what he was asking about. |
