All in SA.

I'm being serious. Don't get to fish much anymore and if I do, I CPR or donate.

Will not visit Long John Silvers

you should hit up Groomer's Seafood here in SA....you'll thank me later!

Favorites:

Offshore
1. Mahi
2. Rock Hind (or any grouper really)
3. Lane or vermillion snapper
4. Red snapper
5. AJ

Inshore/Nearshore:
1. Black drum
2. Flounder
3. pomp
4. can I count blue crab? Yum..... if not more black drum please Smile
5. redfish

To me the sign of a good fish is that you can can cook it any way you like and its good. Mahi is the best, particularly chicken size, and we've been lucky to fill up a lot of freezer fulls on the superfishal. I think Trout is overrated. Its fine fried but then again so is most anything. Smile

Throw em back:
Kings (unless smoked into a dip!)
sharks
big reds
jacks
bermuda chubs!

I'll admit it! They are good fried, great in fish stew and they make excellent ceviche.
