had to go land a big red after loosing a big un with my daughter in the morning, paddled back out to spot less than a mile from my house that i call Area 51..caught three reds each one bigger than the last till i got a 26incher..put him on the stringer cause he was the size i like to eat them at and the wife told me to "go get some food" =) lost another one that stripped a bunch of drag then went slack when i got tangled in my live well rope setting the hook..saved a live mullet and caught a 17inch trout with it on a green light in the canals..another fun relaxing day on the water =)

I guess that's an advantage of youth, my broken finger took 6 weeks
before I could reel and handle fish like that.
