Waded this morning and the day started with an awesum rainbow. Naturally I forgot the camera. Got to the area I fish and it was covered with dolphins. Usually the dolphins are just crusing but today the were feeding bigtime and put on quite a show. Started fishing my normal depth and caught nothing. Moved up on the flat in 1-2 feet of water and that was where the trout were. They were not concentrared like normal, one here, one there. Figured the dolphins had them scattered pretty good. Fishing was steady with a lot of 14 1/2 and right at 15 inches. Kept nine from 16 1/2-18 inches. Threw 1/8 oz jighead and went back to the 4" shrimptail, pump/chart. Water was a little cloudy. Could see a little over a foot.
