Fished Mustang Island yesterday and the weed in the surf made it un-fishable for trout with croakers. _________________ CARPE DIEM |

I fished quarter mile south of Bob hall doing the tourist thing and the current was strong.I cast cut Bait into the second gut with a six ounce weight, and it held fine. There was some weed, but not enough to cause problems.a few hours before dark skip Jack were e every where jumping out of the water frequently it seemed as if they were playing not fleeing...I think they were celebrating the forth with us. _________________ vamos a la pesca!! |
