My one and only dive buddy is gone for the summer. I'd like someone to go with but I know of no other divers.
I'm 6'2, 250, Hispanic, I love long walks on the beach, short brown hair, brown eyes. send me your stats Wink
Totally kidding!! But ya, Im open for anybody to dive with. Safety is within numbers.

Where do you dive? I'm certified but mostly just freedive the jetties and rigs cuz it's easier than carrying all the gear. I'd have to get my stuff re-built but would possibly be willing to meet up when I'm down there (I'm in SA).

I like puppies and chasing butterflies through fields of flowers Very Happy Shocked Very Happy Shocked

Im down in Corpus. Im not certifed either, I just freedive the jetties and get out to the rigs when I can. (which is not to often since my friend is in Galveston). Ive got a kayak, 4x4, but no boat. Id say Im a pretty avid diver so I can hold my own weight. Just lookin to get out there more!

??? Huh?!?! Surprised

So, if you are not certified, where do you go to fill your tanks? I'm just curious.

Ah!!!! Makes sense now. Embarassed

Been diving for 35+ years now and if there were Dive Shops in the area filling tanks for uncertified clients, that would be news to me.

I've been diving for about a year now. I'm saving up to get certified. It's definitely on my bucket list. Diving is my favorite thing to do and it would be a lot more fun if I could stay under for more than a minute..... Wink

I knew a guy who was on a diving vacation:
He went jumping head first from a cliff. Then he went free diving. After that he chartered a boat and went SCUBA diving. Then he went snorkling. Later he dove into some nachoes. Then he went diving into his bead, but not before going dumpster diving for a real nice stainless steel kitchen sink he saw while looking for the sky diving flyer he accidentially threw away. As you can see, diving was his favorite thing to do...
