I am looking to sell the contents of a furnished townhouse rental to make it an unfurnished townhouse rental. It's all in good condition as I had a management company taking care of it. Couches, bedroom furniture, linens, towels, a 44in LG flat screen, a 32in tube TV, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, outdoor chairs/tables, coffee/end tables, wall art, area rugs, lamps etc, etc. If you were to buy all this new it would cost thousands. Buy it all asap for $1200. Need to move it now, cause I already got a lease signed...items are on NPI.
