I found this article to be significantly disappointing. Sorry to share bad news, but it is better to be informed.

The Federal government exists to SERVE THE PEOPLE, not the other way around. When this is no longer the case, there is tyranny.

Boy....that is going to be a long walk on the beach next to the water not leaving any footprints all the way to Mansfield.

I really am glad I was able to enjoy Padre Island before the communist took it over.

You always hear about the millions of park visitors but in reality it is mostly repeat customers. Most US citizens don't frequent the national park system and don't care which is why enviromentalists can do this. They can overwhelm an obscure issue into law by cherry picking issues around the country. This is not representative law. It is agenda law or fiat law. No one gets to vote on anything. An omnipotent appointed official listens to the squeekiest wheel and applies the grease. With the media in their pocket to boot, what could be easier? I just wish the eviromentalist were as altruistic about their fellow man. Their mindset so often seems similar to that of religious terrorists, willing to give up everything to turn the clocks back to when they percieve the world was a better place so some (unappreciative) future population will biuld statues in their honor and name boulevards after them... Well, based on my neighbor's kids, kite flyers don't watch where they are walking. In a park or seashore, maybe they trample on bird nests. Around our neighborhood, they slip and fall in dog feces (ironically, left by their own dog LOL).

I haven't seen too many people who wander into the grasses beyond the dunes, unless they need to "releive themselves". Towboat is the exception, but he has the required and stylish snake boots.

Another reason to get Obama and his supporting enviromentalists out of office. GOD help us if he is reelected.

To think I went to war for this country. Oh, your favorite thing is to fish on the beach? Thank you for going to war and do the things people can't comprehend, but we're going to take this from you too. If you could deploy one more time and get your legs blown off, we may let you use the beach for 10 minutes. Thank you, good day. Sincerely, Uncle Sam.
