I heard rumors today of two makos being caught off the port a jetties.. Shocked
Someone please tell me otherwise or i will never dive there again...

The only report I heard was last weekend a lot of sheepies were being caught off the gulf side of SPJ. The son, and friends, of one of my softball buddies caught several limits there using either live or dead shrimp under a lemon rig. They would cast out and let the current bring it into an eddy by the rocks. The said that they had several hooks either bent or straightened by something as well.
