at dusk with a freshie in hand and a good friend east a little on another rock, and caught my first gag grouper, then several pissed off trout and some sneaky fat snook. Is this the best place on earth or what?
Surf, jetties, bay, offshore.. . . whoa!

yeah, its pretty terrible. might be a day trip on the Shortbus Saturday. keep your ears open. and the surf is about the Explode! BOOM!

the "Short Bus" what a great name for a boat. It leads to a whole new avenue. Using mental problems for boat names. IMS loves the humor involved with this.

hrmm......my phone hasn't rung yet regarding this day trip. Odd. 
Sorry I missed the fun last weekend. Didn't know anyone was going to be around so we stayed put up north. Had I known that frayed and mick were playing hookey I would have run down to keep an eye on you miscreants....
The place has a certain charm...... In a few day period earlier this month we boxed a few mahi in perfect blue water, swam with a whale shark, netted and feasted on 2 dozen blue crab, sailed the hobie all over the ICW, hung out with our surfer pals at the beach, and caught a few drum for dinner right from my back yard. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to earn a living at any of those activities LOL....
