Hello????

Anyone participating in the tourney on 5/28? I'm surprised I haven't seen any posts about it and for some reason no one's posting any replies to my question.

I would have thought this tournament would be a hot topic especially being so close to the start date.

Hope I haven't pissed some people off in some way?

I just found out about it yesterday and yes I am going to fish it with my son. I fished it in 2009 and had a good time and it's for a good cause. I am just trying to figure out an alternative to putting in at Bluff's Landing Sat. Morning.

No you haven't made anyone mad. There's a tournament about every weekend this time of year so they kind of get lost at times. Good luck!

I don't know why I have not fished in more - maybe I just don't know about them or sometimes, I can't plan that far ahead. heck,,, I give my $ to charity golf trn's,,, why can'y I change that to fishing.....

Good Luck!

I hear that. This will be my first tournament and I live in San Antonio, so I am at a major disadvantage. From what I was told, there should be about 300 participants.

I've been using stxmaps.com and Google Maps to scout potential fishing grounds. I'll be kayak fishing so I've been looking for areas that will have less boat traffic;
No Prop Zones would probably be even better for me. I'm glad there is no check-in but not thrilled about polygraphs (liars can beat them and honest people can fail).

Good luck guys!

yep, I'll be there with Chuck looking for that big #10 red. A great tourney and for a good cause. Is nice coming to a good BBQ after a long day of fishing.

I took the lie detector there a couple years ago and I got pretty nervous even though I didn't cheat, but was well worth the 5k.
