| Wow! What a year ought-6 was! Being that tonight was my turn as designated driver while Donna ran her karaoke show, I'm still trying to walk off seven cups of coffee - can you say bububuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz? Due to circumstances dictated by an idiot behind the wheel of a truck with my hand caught in the door we were not able to make it to PINS last year as was our plan. Hopefully, '07' will be better and we can pursue all our planned activities that we were not able to follow through with. Got my final release from the neuro-surgeon right before Christmas - some permanent dame-bramage, zero sense of smell - how many of you can hold a dead skunk (dispatched w/ a shot twixt the eyes) at shoulder level about a foot from your nose and not smell a thing? Officially brain dead in a small area above the right eye but other than the smell, some short term something or other, and a bit of lysdexia, oh yeah - 1/8 larger hat size as the skull healed without closing back all the way - I'm in great shape. New house out in the boonies, 2 acres, finally have my horse on my place - Donna and I could not ask for more. Despite its toils and troubles foils and frills, '06 was a pretty good year for us, best yet and worst of those to come. May you all be as blessed as we have been. Cheerio, mates! And God bless and watch over our troops in harm's way. |

Just wanted to say Happy New Year.
Pray for the Troops, home and away. They are doing a great job in difficult places. My sincere thanks and admiration.
My new years resolutions: loose enough weight to get my wider parts into my Frenzy. (must of shrunk after I got it home, the frenzy not my wide part)
Catch my first shark in the surf.
Be grateful for what our veterans have done.
And thanks again to all of you, I love to drive on the beach. _________________ fish responsively and fish often |
