We got on the water and headed out towards a deep from the cove harbor marina in Rockport. We fished until 8pm mostly wading and picked up over 50-60 (15"-23") trout in stomach deep water and 3 reds on a drift the harbor(18"-29"31"). We released all the reds and kept a few trout for the frying pan. All were caught on different color plastics with rattling jig heads. One guy that was with us got spooled on his baitcaster right at dark. Dolphins were trying to attack our stringers and we had to defend ourselves while fishing. IT WAS NUTS!!! All pictures were taken with different cameras so I will try to get them rounded up. BEST DAY OF TROUT FISHING EVER!!!

| Must have been pretty hairy having the dolphins after your stringers. |

| At one point I had the stringer over my shoulder clinching it against my face while still trying to fish. After I was cleaning the fish we found several with bites out of the tails or gashes on their sides. My brother in law also had two trout ripped off the end of his line, breaking the line in the process. |
