Its amazing to me to see the kind of support you were able to garner when up against so much money and political power. Congratulations.

Hey, I am a frequent visitor to Corpus and Port A. Thanks to all of you who worked so hard. You have ensured that the ocean doesn't become (for all practical purpose) private property. Many thanks for the great information and updates throughout the ordeal....thanks to this website and other similar ones I was able to see through all the bologna being shown on tv....

And now....the preparations for the next election.....

I wasn't able to vote because I live in SA but I have spent the last 20 years up and down the beaches of the coastal bend and have followed this issue closely. Good job everybody. I might move to Corpus just so I can help vote out most of your city council. See you on the sand.
