It is a bass pro house brand.....not a bad reel, I have two Capt Choice 4/0's and one is still in perfect working shape but the clicker broke in the other last season. Not sure about parts avail since I havent taken it apart yet but they have held up to some serious use and a fair amount of abuse......Def would give the reels a solid 8 or 9 out of 10 compaired to a Senator......

Thanks for the info. It is a bass pro model offered for sale at their outlet store. It was reconditioned. They also had what they called flippin sticks or jiggin sticks, heavy duty 7' rods w/aluminum reel seats. Pretty plain looking but 20 bucks. Figured it was worth a shot...know about the quality on these? Bass Pro = $$$ in most cases. Does Bass Pro = Quality? THanks for all the help.
