Hit the N. srticks today around noon. Water looked good with no weed. no Pomps, just 2 whiting last cast. at 330. Wouldnt even take the baits.

Based on the lack of catch reports Sunday and Monday, the pomp window did not open. Did the observed wave conditions not match those predicted, or was it simply that the water had not had long enough to clear?

It was pitiful out there on Monday. I did not talk to anyone who was catching much of anything.....except for a few whting. In your opinion, was it because of the confusing shifting fronts, temps, moon/tides or ? A very beautiful weather day but the fish were in Mexico I guess.
