This is as iffy as the NWS wind and wave forecasts 5 days in advance, but IF the waves at Station 42020 are indeed back to 2-3 feet by then, and IF the waves onshore at PINS due west of that station are also down to 2 footers, then it looks like another pomp window may occur next Monday. Will update as the NWS does. Hope for a west wind like yesterday's window.

I look at it when checking out the surf forecast. It is displayed on the right.

Note the forecast now shows 1 foot waves at Station 42020 on Sunday!
The window may open earlier and last longer Exclamation

Sunny and 1 ft seas on Sunday. I have a feeling people will be making the run to academy and breakaway for gear on Saturday.

www.wunderground.com is a really good weather site. just enter your zip or town/state and you can find radars, forecasts and marine info

Appreciate your pomp udates. Did real well on Wednesday as we took your advice concerning the opening for action. Put several in the box using only peeled shrimp. Lots of big ones!
Thanks!

Keep watching the wave forecasts; Sunday has been added to the window.
