Good luck with that one. I am positive TCEQ's response will be quick and fair too all involved. It is a state agency after all - how bad could it be?

Bird Island is in about 3 foot of water east of the ICW about 50 feet from the drop off to the channel. Sensor is 1 foot off the bottom.
