I don't understand why our military can't keep a couple of armed Predators in the air over that area, and catch these guys in the act. Works for us in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I live in Houston and fish Galveston. But all of these pix remind me why I go to PA and CC as often as possible!! No where else like it.
