Sorry, I'm asking, are they allowed.

I use my X-Factor and an Achilles inflatable on PINS. Just wondering if the powers that be allow these kayak/sailboat hybrids to launch from PINS.

I have two pvc pipes for rod holders in my milk crate.
My yak has 2 built in rod holders.
I keep my anchor in the crate.
