Thanks, I got hubby to filet it.

I found a seafood casserole recipe that i'm going to try. It calls for scallops and i'm going to use the stingray in place of that. I'll put an update later.

Has anyone on here ever tried cooking stingray? I have about 150 lbs of fresh cownose stingray for Sharkathon but I kinda want to try eating one... Any recipes?
