Thanks for the info...I have also had good luck with DSH. Would love to share a charter with a few others someday. In lieu of that, I have about $ 150.00 max as my budget ! Rolling Eyes

I bought a grass rake that uses it's own blade on a regular mower. It can be bought for about $ 20.00 and seems to work well. Just have to hike up the mower a bit to use it.

Take off the bowl and locate each of the jets (Pilot, air and main jet) and remove them from the carb body...Now, see if you can see through each of those jets ? If so, your blockage is inside the car ...

How much extra effort does it take to take a couple of trash bags along with the Picnic basket and clean up after yourself ? Full cans or not, this is why Corpus is messed-up....Sad, really !

Classic signs that your pilot jet is plugged up, not allowing fuel to flow at low speeds. Have the carb cleaned, replace the fuel and should be good to go.
