2 tbsp grated onion
3 tbsp dill relish
1/2 cup of green olives
2 cloves minced garlic
was pretty good... Then I added

mandatory on a fried fish/shrimp po-boy. that, and a shake or two of your favorite Louisiana hot sauce.
Point well taken but thats a sandwich it would be awfully dry without tartar sauce like a tu ... |
