I will take a stringer of whiting any day.
Milk, then Cornmeal with salt and pepper is my preferred method.

They also make for decent ceviche.

We went with Ty from 30 Miles Out mostly because my kids wanted to be in one of his videos...... and they are.

But I gotta say, he put my whole group on fish and that's what matters when its all ...
